September 20, 2010 – The Technology Policy Institute co-hosted a workshop with the DiploFoundation on network neutrality issues at the Internet Governance Forum 2010 Meeting held in Vilnius, Lithuania, September 14 – 17.
The workshop, “Network Neutrality: What is Appropriate in Managing the Network,” included discussion by Scott Wallsten, TPI Senior Fellow and Vice President for Research, on such topics as congestion pricing and incentives for network providers.
