Caroline Cecot


Caroline Cecot is a University Fellow at the Technology Policy Institute. Caroline Cecot is an Assistant Professor of Law at Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. She teaches administrative law, environmental law, and torts. In her research, Professor Cecot focuses on environmental and energy law and regulation, administrative law, and agency practice of cost-benefit analysis, often applying her expertise in law and economics to evolving issues in these areas. She has published articles in law reviews and peer-reviewed journals. She earned an AB degree in economics from Harvard College, a JD from Vanderbilt Law School, and a PhD in law and economics from Vanderbilt University.
