General counsels (GCs) develop and oversee responses to rapidly changing regulations and legislation in the digital economy. GCs are responsible for navigating regulatory and legal compliance, managing risk, handling corporate governance issues, and leading litigation and policy strategy. On this panel, GCs from different parts of the internet ecosystem will discuss their top policy priorities for this administration and Congress, how they view the regulatory environment in privacy, antitrust, trade, and tax policy, and more.
