June 27, 2012 – Discounted registration for the Technology Policy Institute Aspen Forum has been extended an additional week. The discount of $500 off the regular registration fee is now available through Monday, July 9th.
Confirmed keynote speakers for the TPI Aspen Forum include Erik Brynjolfsson, Schussel Family Professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Director of the MIT Center for Digital Business; Gordon Crovitz, Co-Founder of Press+ and Columnist and Former Publisher of the Wall Street Journal; and Kent Walker, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Google. In addition, Representatives Bobby Rush and Mike Rogers have been added to the “View from Congress” discussion panel.
Other confirmed speakers at the Aspen Forum include ICANN Chairman Stephen Crocker and Luigi Gambardella, Chairman of the European Telecommunications Network Operators’ Association (ETNO), and FTC Commissioners Edith Ramirez, Julie Brill, and Maureen Ohlhausen. An updated agenda is available here.

The TPI Aspen Forum brings together leaders from business, government, and academia to discuss key public policy issues affecting information and communications technology. This year’s theme is “Washington, Silicon Valley and the 2012 Elections.” Participants in the 2012 Aspen Forum will explore what the 2012 elections could mean for major technology issues.
