October 21, 2017 – Video is now available of the October 20 event, “Federal Trade Commission’s Patent Assertion Entities Study,” hosted by the Technology Policy Institute.
The event featured a keynote address by FTC Commissioner Maureen Ohlhausen, who discussed the data presented and policy recommendations aimed at litigation reform contained in the FTC’s report.
Following the keynote, panelists discussed the study, which gathered new data on patent assertion entity (PAE) acquisition, licensing and litigation practices. Participants in the panel discussion were:
