The next administration will face difficult policy choices that will affect the pace and direction of innovation. How might a new administration think differently about issues as diverse as the future of connectivity, the tradeoff between privacy and security, incentives to invest in new infrastructure, technologies and content, and how to coordinate policies with our global partners? Would such changes be better for consumers and for economic growth generally?
