November 16, 2017 – Video of the November 7th event “Competition and Intellectual Property: Teeing Up the Issues Facing Congress and the Administration,” is now available on the TPI website.
Panelists discussed the conflicting views effects of past patent legislation, court decisions, and reforms at the U.S. Patent Office and whether additional Congressional action is needed and, if so, what that legislation should include. As well as controversial policies regarding standard setting organizations and the licensing of standard-related intellectual property adopted by the Antitrust Division during the last administration.
